How do I report a bug or issue?

If a user experiences any issue, please contact the customer support centre by:

  • Raising a ticket on the chatbot in the app or on the website. 
  • Creating a ticket on the website under the “Help Centre”


If you would like to log a ticket with the AI Agent, copy the below phrase exactly and send it as a reply.


"Log Ticket"
