- In addition to the four group members included with each plan, users may add additional members to any group they manage. Only primary users are authorised to make changes to subscriptions.
- Any increase in the number of users for a group takes effect immediately. Upon request, the primary user will be prompted to make payment for the additional users. Each additional user on a Standard plan is billed at R15.00 per month, while each additional user on a Premium plan is billed at R25.00 per month.
- A decrease in the number of users for a group takes effect at the end of the current billing period. If a reduction is requested, the change will only be applied after the existing subscription billing date. Users will retain full access to their plan and the current number of members until the next billing date
- To add or remove seats to a group, please follow these steps:
- Navigate to ‘Groups’ and select the group for which you wish to change the plan
- Click on the 3 dots at the top right corner of the screen and select “view subscriptions”
- Select an action you would like to make for the group’s subscription
