- Users have the option to upgrade each of their group subscriptions from the Standard to the Premium plan at any time they desire. The upgrade will take effect immediately, and the upgrade date will become the new subscription billing date. Only main users can make changes to subscriptions.
- Users have the option to downgrade each of their group subscriptions from the Premium plan to Standard plan at any time they desire. If a downgrade from the Premium to the Standard plan is requested, the changes will only occur on the next subscription billing date. Users will continue to have full access to their current plan until the next billing date.
- To upgrade or downgrade your plan for any group, please follow these steps:
- Navigate to ‘Groups’ and select the group for which you wish to change the plan
- Click on the 3 dots at the top right corner of the screen and select “view subscriptions”
- Select an action you would like to make for the group’s subscription
