Managing Sayf through Partner Subscriptions

If you are paying for Sayf by yourself
1. Customer uses link to access Sayf portal
2. Customer logs into the Sayf portal
3. Customer’s existing group is displayed and customer accesses it
4. Customer can manage group
5. Customer chooses to change/cancel plan
6. Customer can choose the new plan and applies changes

If a company is paying for your Sayf subscription
1. Customer uses link to access Sayf portal
2. Customer logs into the Sayf portal
3. Customer’s existing group is displayed and customer accesses it
4. Customer can manage group
5. Customer chooses to change/cancel plan
6. Customer can choose a new plan that they are eligible for and applies changes
7. Customer receives confirmation of change of plan
