- Subscription changes can only be performed by the Main user if a subscription already exists.
- Log in or open the Sayf app.
- Select the “Menu” option on the bottom pane.
- Select the “View Subscriptions and Plans” option.
- Select the desired Subscription plans.
- Subscription upgrades will be effective immediately and billed pro rata
- Downgrades will be effective on the previous billing cycle
