The mobile app solution provides features which support personal safety by:
- Enables creation of groups consisting of familiar and connected users
- These users can consist of families, relatives, friends, and colleagues
- Default plans support up to four users
- Option to add additional users beyond the default plan limit
- Assign roles to each user in the group based on the actual relationships between the users and the level of oversight required—e.g., children are assigned the Dependant user role to ensure oversight and to limit their ability to access certain features that are typically managed by adults
- Continuous monitoring and real-time alerts on the status and safety of users within their network
- Detect unusual behavioural patterns that may indicate an imminent risk and notifying emergency contacts or group member about potential threats
- Supports timely activation of three distinct alert types, each triggered by varying levels of event criticality
- Providing users with the ability to request support from each other and from third-party, professional emergency response providers through an SOS request function
