Sayf Premium provides you with access to a network of more than 2500 emergency responders across South Africa, resulting in a fast response from private armed security and medical responders.
Accurate Dispatch:
Sayf sends GPS coordinates directly to the 24/7 response centre, ensuring that Sayf member get support at the right location.
Emergency Call:
The response centre will call the person in need of emergency response as soon as an alert is received but, we understand that in some circumstances the user may be unable to answer. Therefore, emergency response services will be dispatched regardless of whether the user answers or not.
Protected away from home:
You and your group members can request emergency services anywhere, anytime. (Ts & Cs apply)
Request help for others:
Sayf Premium enables you to request help on behalf of others when you’re unable to assist directly. The app features a smart alert system that allows emergency contacts to escalate received alerts and request emergency services dispatch to the user.
