Billing grace period

If a subscription payment is unsuccessful, a grace period of up to three (3) days will be granted to the Main user and their account. During this period, the group will retain access to their subscription. Billing reminders and subsequent payment attempts will be made throughout the grace period. 

If payment is not successfully collected by the end of the grace period, the subscription will be terminated, and group users will lose access to their benefits.
