- Navigate to the “Groups” icon on the bottom right of the screen.
- Select the group for which you would like to add a member. If you cannot invite a member, this means you do not have these rights for this group, or you have not created a new group (please follow the steps to create a new group).
- Select “invite new member”.
- An invite code will be automatically generated.
- Click on share code and select how you would like to share the code, which includes copying the invite link and sending the link through multiple channel options, including mail, WhatsApp, SMS and other available media channels.
- For users who have separately installed the app and created a profile, the user can insert the code shared with by selecting the option to “join a new group”, which will enable the user to join the group. If the user has not downloaded the app, they must download the app first, install the app and create a profile prior to joining the group.
- Only the Main and Admin users for a group can invite users to the group.
