- The emergency response activation and dispatch service provides members access to private armed response and medical response services.
- All users, except those with Dependent roles, can directly request emergency services by pressing the Emergency/SOS button, which will dispatch the nearest available emergency responder to their location. Emergency contacts can escalate received alerts, which will trigger the dispatch of emergency services to the user’s location. While users with Dependent roles cannot request emergency services directly, pressing the Emergency/SOS button will send an alert to their designated emergency contacts, who can then request assistance on their behalf.
