Manual Escalations and De-escalations

  • Main, Admin and Standard users are provided with the option to escalate their alerts to their emergency contacts under the Standard plan and to Emergency responders if they have access to the Premium plan. These users can de-escalate their alerts if they feel the event does not require support or the risk has been resolved
  • Similarly, Main and Admin users can escalate and de-escalate alerts on behalf of all other users who have assigned them as an emergency contact
