- When Dependant users press the Emergency/SOS button, their emergency contacts receive an SOS alert through the app. If the alert remains un-attended by the emergency contacts, the alert is automatically escalated to Sayf’s emergency responders after a period of time and a Sayf operator will call the Dependant user to assist them.
